Drug Testing Explained
USA Debusk requires that all employees working in the field take a urine drug screen through DISA. This test is expected to detect if you used certain substances (marijuana, other recreational drugs or a prescription drugs for which you do not have a prescription ) during the 30 days prior to the test. In addition, USAD has a random drug testing policy as well as a “for cause” drug testing policy which applies when there is an accident or other reasons to believe a drug test is appropriate. For your safety, for the safety of those around you, and because you may lose your job if you are found to have used drugs it is important that you not use any illegal substance, marijuana, or a prescription drug for which you do not have a prescription during your employment with USAD.
Most of the time, but subject to the facilities we are working for, a hair follicle drug test is not required for employment with USA Debusk. USAD encourages all employees to take a hair follicle drug screen and some of USAD's customers may from time to time require a test that detects drug usage farther back than thirty days, but this is not required by every customer. Anyone who takes the hair follicle test and the results do not reflect drug usage will be able to work in more facilities around the country than a person who does not take the test and pass. However, if you take the test and fail it then it will be very difficult for you to get a job not only at USAD, but any company that uses DISA drug testing. This test is expected to detect if you used certain substances (marijuana, other recreational drugs or a prescription drugs for which you do not have a prescription ) during the 6-7months prior to the test.
